MMH x F&BF
Dalia often collaborates with The Faith & Belief Forum as a volunteer and speaker. She took an active role as a participant in their national consultation process, and was invited to present her research at the launch of the resulting report at an event in Parliament.
Dalia's contribution focused on what interfaith families can bring to interfaith work: a lived, everyday interfaith literacy that goes beyond bringing different religions into the same room. For Dalia, interfaith families are already fluent in navigating religious difference as part of daily life, and listening to their experience helps uncover the intersectional, interfaith and intrafaith connections that shape all of our lives, making it harder to retreat into neat, exclusionary categories.
Dalia also co-organised a related focus group, which resulted in a blog article for F&BF: Mixed-Faith Families & Interfaith Work: Exploring the Boundaries of Religious Identity.
